As part of account verification (KYC), tigro may request proof of identity, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Tigro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — for any reason, including violations of these Terms, fraud, providing false information, or engaging in suspicious activity. Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon closure will depend on the circumstances and the outcome of any investigation. Bonuses and promotional funds associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations will be forfeited.
You may request to close your account voluntarily at any time. Before closure, all active bets must be settled and any verified balance may be withdrawn. Once the account is closed, you can request reactivation through our support team.
