Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tigro platform, registering, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tigro. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. tigro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We always endeavour to notify you in advance of any significant changes.

No person under the age of 18 may use this platform. You must provide accurate age and identity information at the time of registration. tigro reserves the right to immediately close any account found to have provided false information.

Account Creation & Security

To register on tigro, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, valid national ID number, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Each person may only hold one account — operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone. tigro will never ask for your password or OTP via phone, email, or message — treat any such contact as fraudulent and report it to us immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), as it adds an extra layer of security to your account.

As part of account verification (KYC), tigro may request proof of identity, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in restricted or suspended account access. If any of your details change, please update your profile promptly.

User Responsibilities

While using the tigro platform, you must ensure that all your activities comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Fraudulent activity, account hacking, the use of bots or automated tools, and any form of system manipulation are strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such activity will be permanently closed, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

All users are expected to treat others with respect. The use of offensive language, harassment, or sharing another user's personal information on the platform is strictly prohibited. tigro reserves the right to close any account engaging in such behaviour without prior warning.

Platform Usage Rules

All content, games, and services on the tigro platform are for personal and non-commercial use only. Redistribution, republication, or commercial use of any part of the platform is prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes using external software or strategies is strictly forbidden.

Each game and bet has its own specific rules, which are detailed on the respective game page. In the event of a technical error or calculation dispute, tigro's decision will be considered final.

Accessing the platform requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device. If a game or bet is interrupted due to a technical issue, tigro will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, tigro is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnections. Please contact our support team immediately if you experience any technical problems.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on tigro are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and other local mobile banking methods. Full details on transaction limits, processing times, and fees are available in your account dashboard.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, though withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. tigro reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious transactions in accordance with its anti-money laundering policy.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting these requirements may result in the bonus being voided. Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team in writing within 30 days, after which tigro will review the relevant transaction records and issue a decision.

  • Transactions to third-party accounts or mobile numbers registered under another person's name are prohibited

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The tigro platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" basis. tigro's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, third-party service failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tigro will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All logos, designs, games, content, software, and trademarks on the tigro platform are the exclusive property of tigro or its licensors. Copying, modifying, reproducing, or distributing any part of this intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any attempt to create copycat or phishing websites.

Any third-party content or games available on the platform are the responsibility of their respective providers. tigro does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party content. If you choose to use a third-party service, that service's own terms and conditions will apply.

Account Policy, Changes & Governing Law

Tigro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — for any reason, including violations of these Terms, fraud, providing false information, or engaging in suspicious activity. Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon closure will depend on the circumstances and the outcome of any investigation. Bonuses and promotional funds associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations will be forfeited.

You may request to close your account voluntarily at any time. Before closure, all active bets must be settled and any verified balance may be withdrawn. Once the account is closed, you can request reactivation through our support team.

Tigro reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes, and the effective date of the updated Terms will be clearly stated. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh. tigro makes every effort to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication, and all parties are encouraged to reach out before pursuing legal proceedings.
